"Ineligible" Issues

If you have an active  UnitedHealthcare Virtual First plan, you are eligible to receive Galileo at $0 cost. Please follow the directions below to have this plan reflected on the Galileo account you've started:

1. Select this link
2. Select  "Already have an Account" at the bottom of the screen
3. Enter in your Galileo account information
4. Follow the prompts to enter your UHC plan information

Please note that Value Plus or Essential plans are not eligible for a free membership to Galileo.
