How will the provider team communicate with me?

Once you submit a case in the Galileo app, our clinical team will respond to you by chat as soon as possible. Their response will appear within the case you've opened, and if your notifications are enabled, you'll receive a push notification when a new message arrives.

One exception to this is if your state legally requires a video visit to establish with a virtual care provider. In this case, our providers will send a link where you can schedule this brief initial visit at a time that works with your schedule.

Otherwise, all clinical care will be administered via chat.
