I downloaded the Galileo app directly from the app store. How do I get access to my employer-sponsored benefit?
If you already have the Galileo app installed on your device, you will need to call Galileo to get the benefit applied to your account.
Please make sure you have the following information before contacting Galileo:
- Name of your employer
- Access code that was created specifically for your group
Once you have your employer's name and access code, call Galileo’s Patient Support Advocates (PSA) at 1-855-542-9848. A PSA will help apply the access code to your account.
