I have a child/dependent who is under 18 years old. How do I create a sponsored account for the child/young dependent?

If your employer/insurance sponsors Galileo access for dependents, you can easily create an account for your child (ages 0-17) to receive pediatric urgent care.

Step 1: Confirm Your Plan's Coverage

First, please verify that your specific plan includes pediatric urgent care for dependents. You can confirm this with your employer's HR department, your health plan administrator, or by asking our Patient Support team.

Step 2: Create the Account

Once you've confirmed coverage, you can begin the sign-up process. When creating the account, you will use your child's legal name and date of birth, but your own (the parent's/guardian's) email address and phone number.

If you don't already have an email address for your child, and you use Gmail or Hotmail, you can append a plus ("+") sign and any combination of letters or numbers after your email address before the "@".

For example, if a parent's email is parent@gmail.com, then the email for the child can be parent+child@gmail.com. Any email sent to the appended address with the "+" will arrive in your existing Gmail inbox.
