I need to change the pharmacy I have on file

You can change your default pharmacy in the Galileo app by:

  1. Selecting Profile in the lower right-hand corner
  2. Clicking on Edit Settings
  3. Selecting Saved Pharmacies
  4. Adding a new pharmacy

If you need us to send a prescription to a new pharmacy, please message our clinical team in the My Cases tab of the Galileo app.
