How do I connect my medical history to my Galileo account?

The Galileo app makes it easy to consolidate your medical records into one place. Open your Galileo app, head to the Profile tab, and scroll to the Imported Medical Records section. Hit the “plus” button to request records from your previous providers.

If you have digital copies of your existing medical records, feel free to send those to us at support@galileohealth.com and our Patient Support Associates will upload them into your account for you to view.
