How do I reset my password?
You can reset your password whether you are logged in or logged out.
If You're Logged Out
- On the Galileo app's login screen, tap the “Reset password” link.
- An email with a reset link will be sent to the address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.
If You're Already Logged In
- Tap on the Profile icon in the lower right-hand corner.
- Go to Edit Settings (it may appear as a cog icon ⚙️ on Android).
- Select Edit Account, then tap Reset Password and follow the on-screen prompts.
