How do I reset my password?

You can reset your password whether you are logged in or logged out.


If You're Logged Out


  1. On the Galileo app's login screen, tap the “Reset password” link.
  2. An email with a reset link will be sent to the address associated with your account. Follow the instructions in that email to create a new password.

If You're Already Logged In


  1. Tap on the Profile icon in the lower right-hand corner.
  2. Go to Edit Settings (it may appear as a cog icon ⚙️ on Android).
  3. Select Edit Account, then tap Reset Password and follow the on-screen prompts.
